Why Lacrosse?

Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in the United States, and for good reason.

It combines speed, strategy, creativity, and teamwork in a way few sports can match. Players develop coordination, endurance, and decision-making skills while competing in a fast-paced and exciting game.

But the benefits of lacrosse go far beyond the field.

The sport teaches discipline, resilience, and accountability. Players learn how to work through adversity, support their teammates, and push themselves to improve.

For many athletes, lacrosse becomes more than just a sport. It becomes a community, a challenge, and a lifelong passion.

Our mission is to help more players in Oklahoma discover that opportunity.

Does 405 offer programs year round?

Yes. We offer multiple seasons throughout the year so players can continue developing their skills and stay connected to the game.

Our programs typically include spring league play, summer travel teams, fall development seasons, box lacrosse opportunities, and offseason strength & agility training.

What makes 405 different than other programs?

We believe developing character is just as important as developing skill. Our coaches emphasize accountability, respect, and teamwork. Hard work, leadership, humility, and respect for teammates, opponents, and the game itself happen both on and off the field.

What is the long-term vision for 405?

Our goal is to continue growing the game across Oklahoma City and the surrounding area while creating more opportunities for young athletes to learn and compete.

We hope to bring lacrosse to more schools, support new players discovering the sport, and continue building strong teams across multiple age groups.
